Swaping Strategy with the Superstars of Real Estate
I am in Las Vegas today meeting with 51 of the top Real Estate agent team leaders from across the country. Bill Barrett, a former Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) instructor and a top national speaker, is hosting this annual retreat to promote the sharing of ideas among Real Estate industry leaders.
From 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon, we are engaged in a high-energy strategy swap meet designed to raise everyone’s game to a new level. Barrett requested that every attendee bring 51 copies of either a three-ring binder or CDs or DVDs of everything they have done this year to list and sell over 100 homes. These materials include prospecting strategies, listing presentations, sales scripts, marketing materials, customer service techniques, follow-up strategies, new technologies, time-management tips, and anything else that has been used to boost sales and productivity.
This is such a great opportunity be each attendee exchanges their materials and then commences in a back-and-forth discussion that provides all of us with the opportunity to present our best system. Barrett has let everyone know that this is not a time to plug vendors, and he has discouraged us from bringing any brochures from any of the vendors we use. He stressed that the retreat is an opportunity to share and gather ideas, systems, tips, and techniques that can boost sales and revenue over the coming years.

Not only can we better serve our clients, but we can make more money and do a better job by streamlining our systems and using cutting edge technology!

I am so sad I had to miss this year! With my office manager having a stroke, I could not leave the office. Ralph it would be like you losing Lois, what a big hole that would make. Jo thank God will be back after extensive rehab, the good news is that she will be back! So even though my name is not listed on your post, I am still there in spirit

Ralph, great post, as usual! Bill’s SuperStar RoundTable is one of my highlights of the year. A whole day of great new ideas to implement and improve my business! Wow! Thank you Bill Barrett for putting this group together.
Michael

Today’s meeting was great and the idea’s poured freely through out the day. I have had the opportunity to attend this meeting over the last 10 years. Bill Barrett Superstar event it is at the top of my list of things to do annually. This year conference was beneficial to me with several ideas on how to expand my REO business ( real estate owned by lending institutions ). The Phoenix market has been hit hard by foreclosures being up over 566% this year so far, so the timing of this meeting could not have been better. This event is all ways a great way to kick off the National Association of REALTORS conference. As a group we hit the trade show floor looking for the next piece of technology that will help out teams provide our clients with the best service possible. Over all, the sharing of idea’s is only the tip of the iceberg, the cream is the referring of buyer and seller to each other. In today’s market there is no better way to work with a qualified buyer or seller.

This is my first year attending the superstar roundtable with my business partner Alan Shafran. Truly, a powerful exchange of ideas, a number which Alan and I have already discussed implementing. I am excited to see the results following execution. Although my first time here, will not be my last. Ralph Roberts, thank you for your input.

I was recently promoted to Director of Sales at The Alan Shafran Group. Day to day, in addition to my own production, I am responsible for the training and recruiting of agents. Thank you to all for your ideas on recruitment. If any of you happen to know of a solid candidate for the San Diego area, kindly let me know and of course, Alan and I will do the same should you have the need. Any additional recruiting ideas or suggestions are most welcome. Thank you everyone foe making this a great first year for me at Star Power.
